Two day class: Day 1 is approximately 8 hours, Day 2 is approximately 6-7 hours long. There will be 2 ten minute breaks and a 45 minute lunch. High protein foods are very important holding these higher frequencies, carbs will create crashes energetically. Workbook with meditation CD is included.
