GENERAL AND POLITICAL CONDITIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Though Michelle is committed to taking the most care and caution possible during the development of the program, she is not responsible for personal injury, delays, accidents, cancellations, or any loss, damages and/or loss of personal objects, baggage, bad weather, social agitation, or other irregularities that could happen during the program. The client is completely responsible for his/her self and hereby waives Michelle and the other guides of responsibility for the above situations.
The Path With Heart, does not accept any responsibility for omissions, delays, additional costs or other events that are due to inappropriate documentation on the part of the passengers and/or for any act of the governmental authorities that could result in the cancellation and/or modification of the program.
SECURITY: All passengers, prior to the departure from their country, must obtain in singular form a basic medical and travelers Insurance whose coverage is sufficient in the case of accidents, for loss of personal objects and/or baggage, as well as insurance for medical attention and medicines.
We do not include an insurance policy for Travelers / Medical or Accidents in our rates.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
The Path With Heart reserves the right to modify the program and/or services, provided it is necessary for the positive development of the program. This could happen in the event of flights delayed or cancelled, bad weather, change in the schedule of entrance to the centers visited and/or in certain services on the part of the venders, strikes, vandalism, other events or situations which cause problems or a risk to the integrity of our passengers.
Likewise, we reserve the right to reject and/or dismiss a member of the tour.
It is also important to recognize that this is a spiritual journey and we leave it up to the shamans to decide when and where to conduct certain ceremonies, purifications, rituals, and also when to visit particular areas. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary based on the shaman's advice. You will be visiting all the places mentioned and participating in all that was mentioned, but the order of events is subject to change based on our shaman's guidance.
GROUP SIZE
We have a minimum group size of 10 people and maximum of 16.
REPORT OF QUALITY:
An important goal for us is the complete satisfaction of all our pilgrims during their visit to Peru. For this reason, at the end of the tour we will ask you to fill out an evaluation form which will help us to improve the level of quality of the program.
